Having trouble with my ad hoc network?

Dell is right, if it connects to othet wifi, it is not the lapotop. The problem must lay in the cell phone and it's configuration, or how you tethered it in the first place. Check your network settings on both ends, it sounds like you are not connected by the right password, or some DNS or other IP settings have changed.
