How to connect to the internet without ROUTER (Network Sharing doesn't work and I don't know why)?

Well without a router there is no great way to do it. You can set up a system where one laptop connects directly then the rest of the computers connect to that one, but this requires that that one laptop is always on. Why don't you get a router? They are relatively cheap and their primary purpose is to make one internet connection into many.
