I've had nearly next to no exercise today. Is that okay for a recovery day?

I have been working out quite a bit this past week, everyday and it has been mostly cardio. I have been watching my diet as well. Today I have went to work (office job) and got a ride to and from work and then had a nap when I got home, waking up at 8:30. I still feel exhausted and likely won't get in much working out. I have eaten very healthy and am only at 1225 calories. What effect could this one day have on me? Should I eat anymore?
