Help setting up Ad-hoc network!?

I've setup an adhoc connection I'm trying to use to allow other computers to connect to the Internet. The problem is that I'm getting an error in the connection saying "No Internet Access". I've enabled the option in the connection to allow other computers to connect to the Internet via my computer, etc but I'm still getting the same message. Please help me out.
