My sister had a heart valve replacement 25 days ago since thah she is in coma and high infection on her lung?

she had two valve replacement and since than she is in coma and she has infection on her lung she use breathing machine she took many antibiotic like colistin .... but no recovery and she is still in ICU.please direct me if you have any similar case to help my sister or transfer the data to her doctors
